Top management knows nothing about whats happening at the base level. Market visits are only for blaming others rather than knowing what are the issues. Recent acquisition (organic india, capital foods) flopped big time because of not giving time to bring organic growth. DB issues, damage audit, etc are all a mess. All the other support functions are just lazy and none gets done in time except 1 or 2 people....Read More
