There is no work life balance. The people who are part of the company since long won't have the same package as the one's who go out and come back again after a year or so. So, this sets a wrong example for the employees who are working with loyalty and not changing and chopping the job.

Working in tata communications is the best opportunity for me to learn many technical things. Many trainings are provided on your basic day to day work and different transmission equipments. I like the work environment and culture here at tata communications.

I think many things are there to learn to take but somewhat less salary and increments.

The initial salary is very much low just like pocket money if you are joining as an off role employee and there is too much resism as off role and on role employee. Management as well as security guards, food vendors ignore off role employees recognizing from i-card.
