Tata has a very nice campus and people here are really supportive.The salary offered here is not as much as offered in other companies but they have a superb work environment here. Travelling is quiet sorted as they provide both way cabs(paid/unpaid). Your work load however depends on the team in which you work.

Beautiful infrastructure. Good food and transport security!

Dislikes

No work-life balance, politics in promotion. Low salary and increment. Special events/competetion held only for On roll employees, and even if for off roll(temporary) employee are allowed to participate then you wont be able to attend due to work load & time boundries.
