...defines your increment and promotion 2) No peer to peer respect in same group . 3) No notable recognition in teams 4) 4% to 8% hikes on lower base salary 5) Head of Solutions - was not an engineer, Head of Sales (B2B complex solutions) - is not an engineer. 6) Mostly Babu people from Bihar (Not being racist, just observation) 7) Review's 3 days a week, don't know when should one work 8) No stable products. Wish the brand took cognizance of their market acceptability. 9) Customers chasing the teams for giving results, not the other way around.

Worst manager rewati porwar in Tata communications. Doing partiality. Casual talk, Castisum, male Dominating, aggression. Partiality.

Good number of leaves. Flexible timings. Freedom in all aspects of work.

...chances of ending up in a toxic team (Team members trashing other members work). Pay gets normalized eventually, so motivation to go above average is pretty much unnecessary.

...e policy is worst... They don't provide same opportunity to offrole employees... No salary growth. No diwali bonus.
