Dislikes

Below industry standard salary. Product outdated. No one has any concern about customer. All about to retire veteran from other Tata group companies made CEO of this company, so the only aim of those individuals some how work for 3-4 years and get retired.

No doubt Tata group is very good, but Tata Classedge doesn't stand up to the mark, due to some people.

Dislikes

... support, employees get frustrated without any clue, but hr is in our own world. 3) No growth in designation & salary given even if you work for as many years. 4) Zonal HR will always give job threats to you along with senior managers. 5) Favoritism is at its peak in the company.

Salary on time during pandemic also no salary deducted. You Can take leave for personal work (but still need to respond for mails, wa etc.)

Politics & discrimination. You only allowed to speak what senior asked. No actual care for customers, only on paper satisfactory ratings high req. Product's price not competitive. Very slow process. Small errors in documentation can take 8 days delay. If you don't care for job security then only join else frequently warnings of pink slip.

Unfair pay structure Low salary as per market standards Bias behaviour of organisation for permanent and contractual staffs. No growth opportunity provided for contractual employees who have even worked for 5 years +. Very less increments. Credit will taken by seniors. Not much learning and scope for interpersonal growth.
