Best thing about working at TataClassEdge was its people, and culture. I thoroughly enjoyed my stint there in terms of career growth as well. I got to explore various tasks and loved excelling at them.

Dislikes

Only thing to dislike about Tata Classedge is it’s remuneration. They are not a good pay master and sometimes also pay you less than market standards. There could also be great level of pay discrepancies between 2 people doing exactly same kind of work there, with same experience and knowledge.

Unfair pay structure Low salary as per market standards Bias behaviour of organisation for permanent and contractual staffs. No growth opportunity provided for contractual employees who have even worked for 5 years +. Very less increments. Credit will taken by seniors. Not much learning and scope for interpersonal growth.

Excellent work culture Work life balance is manageable On time salary, even during covid no detection of salary as a brand Tata it stood behind employees Freedom to experiment and give result You can learn how to build business strategy, skills required, experienced Academic team to mentor you

Dislikes

Tata as a brand is good, middle management people always steel your hardwork, people who shifted from educom joined in 2016 actually spoiled the company culture. Tata is repainted with educomp managers behavior. Sad part is top management never new the truth, who is actually giving results, always hardworking people hardwork is stolen by regional head

Dislikes

Below industry standard salary. Product outdated. No one has any concern about customer. All about to retire veteran from other Tata group companies made CEO of this company, so the only aim of those individuals some how work for 3-4 years and get retired.

In this company work life balance is excellent. In time salary and allowances. Managers support is excellent. Camper way to work. No pressure.

Dislikes

Don't expect growth. It takes lot of year for your growth in company. Very less hike.
