Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology .I love the fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable hight quality products

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.the wark pressure is very high .sometimes I have to wark 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

First off all it is OEM Company here we can see the product Assembly. Work related components are available, here we can use our skill and assembled, and it's function can be tested in test rigs, this one of plus point of Eicher, and we analyze if any issue, by that we can predict the failures.. Over all here we can learn more things we can't categories the things going here. one of my best experience here.

Here i one thing i noticed that salary is less, compared to experience. And no bonuses Company facilities are very less even it has good market name. They pay less. CTC is included with bonoud i didn't understand this policy. For Medical policy's company contributes less. For team outing here they will charge min 1000 per employee this is too worst procedure i found here.
