Summary of Job Profile:

* This role is critical in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key OEM vendors, including tyre manufacturers, battery manufacturers and companies like Starter Motor suppliers, and Bosch. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for all OEM-related inquiries and issues, ensuring that vendor agreements are current and compliant with company policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Vendor Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain robust relationships with OEM vendors.

• Act as the main liaison for all OEM inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

• Ensure all vendor agreements are up-to-date and adhere to company standards.

2. Network Expansion:

• Identify and onboard new OEM vendors to enhance the companys network.

• Collaborate with field teams to identify gaps and devise strategies for network growth.

3. Response Time and Support:

• Ensure timely responses to vendor inquiries and issues.

• Provide support to field teams by addressing vendor-related challenges.

• Monitor and improve response times for vendor queries and field support requests.
