Role & responsibilities

• Tooling estimation for new projects to close business case approval
• Preparation of ZBC for all commodities to close business case approval for new projects
• Consolidation and verification of part cost and tool cost from team for new parts to close business case tasks
• Discussion with R&D and prepare the specification at advance stage and set the suitable process for QCD
• Supplier selection based on QCD (Quality, Cost and Delivery parameters)
• Analyse the quotation logically and study BM cost with similar parts and globally to finalise
• Development coordination, planning, schedule management with supplier based on project timelines
• Responsible for development of parts for new products.
• Development coordination with inter department (R&D, SQA, LOI) to approve the parts required for new projects
• Preparing MIS for management reviews and updates
• Preparing Supplier performance related to new product development for management reviews

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualificaiton : B.E (Full time) with Min 15Yrs
• Should able to handle all commodity ( Casting, Gears & Forgings, Sheet metal , Prop and Two BIN)
• Training engineers to perform department needs
• Develop the team for day to day operations and also improve thefunction
