Head Production - FRP

Role & responsibilities

Plan, schedule and monitor material movement in production cycle to ensure continuous operation without any line stoppage.

• Plan Monitor inventory and production status and generate inventory against production report for the senior management.
• Evaluate quality control activities in sheet metal park like edge damages, burrs, surface defects, oxides,identification error etc to ensure that the final product meets customer specifications.
• Ensuring Smooth operation of Cold rolling mill along with all the finishing line.
• Setting up operation parameters and achieving the same within time and cost parameters.
• Optimising man & machine utilisation to achieve pre-set operation and production targets.
• Developing new process concepts for production optimization, yield improvement.
• Handling foundry operation, which includes DC & CC route casting. Working on New Product Development for Aluminium alloy.
• Analysing various processes/applications and recommending modifications to enhance operational efficiency.
• Coordinating the health and safety issues of manpower working in production and at job worker in the form of safety helmets, goggles, shoes, approan , leg guard ,face shield, ear plug and safety gloves to avoid any safety hazard.
• Overseeing operation related tasks including planning, control and trouble shooting.
• Execution of Strategy for entry into New Product segments, onboarding and building new Product Portfolios
• Directing staff activities and monitoring their performance on shift to shift basis.

Preferred candidate profile

B.E /Btech - Mechanical/Metallurgy with 10-15 Years of Experience.

Must have experience in Aluminium Flat rolled products, Power Coating Etc.
