Maintenance Head

Looking for experienced Maintenance Head to oversee and manage all facility operations and will be responsible for Maintenance of plant. (Gensets, Compressor, Transformer, PLC Understanding & Programming, CNC Machines maintenance, Assembly Jigs & Fixtures, DC Tools, Budgeting, liaisoning with suppliers, TPM Tools).

• Machine Upkeep : Responsible for the maintenance and smooth functioning of machines, including overhauling (Test Bed Dynamometers, SPM Machines, Washing Machines, etc.).
• Team Management: Handle manpower effectively, including unionized, contractual, and trainee employees and Resolve grievances and ensure workforce harmony.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP for documentation and reporting.
• Continuous Improvement : Drive initiatives such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) improvement. Implement CBM (Condition-Based Maintenance), TBM (Time-Based Maintenance), MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).
• Improve processes using Lean Manufacturing and World-Class Manufacturing Practices.
• Documentation: Adhere to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and ensure timely documentation as per company requirements.
• TPM Implementation: Effectively contribute to Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Zero Downtime: Work towards zero downtime by performing root cause analysis of breakdowns and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Skill Development: Facilitate skill upgradation for team members at all levels, including contractual, regular staff, and trainees.
