...s level, which is not good, Associate Director is treated like Team Lead here. No salary standards, Associate designation folks are paid more that Lead designation in same project.

Compensation offered is handsome. Synechron is into Fintech, and works on advanced technologies like AWS hence long term career perspective is bright.

At some point of time, the work is kind of support hence can cause inconvenience to the work profile. No formal KT sessions at the beginning of tenure causes issue.

Good opportunity to learn new skills, fixed compensation structure with no variable pay, opportunity for on-site if skills in demand

Increment percentage isn't really good even for promotion candidates, unstructured work culture with minimal to negligible employee engagement. No team bonding or engagement Long work hours and no work life balance depending on projects.

It’s best organisation when it comes to pay for employees hard work and they count each efforts they employees give which are pay in the mode of payment. Gives value to employees time to solve any queries well organised system.
