1. Good hike for laterals. 2. Joining bonus (although minimal) paid. 3. Most of the HR are friendly and approachable.

Dislikes

1. BU HRs play a lot of politics. They hold personal grudges for unknown reasons. 2. Not many projects. Employees are forced to join existing projects even if the timings/skills are unsuitable. 3. Bu HRs are manipulative; their verbal and written communication are different. And they fabricate lies as per their convenience to win arguments. 4. Top management are spineless, and cannot stand for the right people. Everything is run by the HR. 5. The BU HR and the current Head of HR - Gargi Verma - are very insecure and openly gossip about employees in corporate bay.They demoralize employees by threatening and harassing them, and passing lewd comments on clothing. 6. People are forced to join projects with a different role requiring a different set of skills altogether, which makes no sense, because it means that they had wasted their previous years. 7. Poor people management. 8. Not employee friendly. 9. Policies are not properly documented. Neither are they followed.

From fresher point of view it's a good service based company to start your career as from learning perspective there is lot to learn here the only thing is there is less compensation and benefit on comparison with other companies and for fresher the three year bond is quite long

...ill terminate you in 45 days. Even if they want they will do before 45 days too. Salary hike will be based on client's review only.

Don't join synechron technology.lots of hire and fire happened. And they only have 45 days of bench period and nobody will help you to find another project once you on bench ..

I liked the culture of synechron office, and Salary structure.

Nothing such as dislike because , things which i didn’t like is from client side. like no work life balance and unnecessary pressure, no job security.
