It would be helpful to have clearer guidelines and mentorship programs to support employees in reaching their professional goals. There are many things to list out here but I would love to talk about covid-19, the way Synechron has handled it is appreciable. They took care of their employees and paid them even when people were not able to work because of covid-19 lockdown.

There is nothing which can be disliked in Synechron but yearly hike is something where company needs to give considerable amount of hike to their employees.

My job is quite interesting. Synechron is a great place to learn new technologies. I have learnt alot within my team and my work life is quite balance.

Overall, company is good but depends completely on client. Client is God. You have to adjust according to the client requirements. They have to accept whatever clients demands. The pay is good but only when you join. So ask for good salary hike when you join.
