Compensation offered is handsome. Synechron is into Fintech, and works on advanced technologies like AWS hence long term career perspective is bright.

At some point of time, the work is kind of support hence can cause inconvenience to the work profile. No formal KT sessions at the beginning of tenure causes issue.

It's superb company especially when it comes to salary and work life balance, flexible timing no tracking. Simply they want work and nothing else. Good people there and they provide free udemy access to learn. Sky is the limit if you really want to work.

Most of the companies have this issue, as of now people stay little late of work not done but it's ok it happens some time
