Co workers are good and supportive. Old staff was very very good and supportive but new TL and management are the worst for client Micron. Sutherland as an organisation is very good company but specifically speaking about Micron the current team leads and senior people are worst.

Compensation and pay scale is very low as per current market standards. Yearly appraisal cycle and very less hike compared to other company standards. Worst management at least for client Micron. Hell lot of politics you have to be in lime light and have to work more than your login hours to get something or highlighted.

Stupid company 😠😡 management sucks specially manager's and Tram leads this company should shut down no proper security..

...less women she should be removed and ask to leave very disrespectful women.. ask to work sat and Sunday with no pay

Not a good place to work. Bad office culture and zero job satisfaction. This place is best avoided.

...he seniors. They think they own the company and exploit their juniors work wise. They pay you peanuts and your sanity is at stake. Big torture. Too bad to join. Better avoid.

Bad decision to join this organization. Every minute is monitored and you have to work like a mule. Zero job satisfaction and benefits. Managers are not at all co operative. The only ones who grow here are the ones who do buttering. No pros at all. Very bad work culture.

...ast two years in SAS process at Airoli. There's lots of fevoritism and politics. You won't get any promotion or salary hike until and unless you're in manager's a$$ licker list. Even if you get, you'll have countless responsibilities for the penny hike. They just talk sweet and give fake promises when you reach out to them with your problems. The most pathetic thing is they make rotational shifts compulsory then deduct night transport cost from the salary, and act as if they're doing a favor. There's no job security as you'll in constant pressure of getting layed off if you don't do things as per their convenience. The management does absolutely nothing even if there's a huge issue like fraud. I won't even give one star if it wasn't necessary to submit the review.
