There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow . There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joines

...h is slow. need to work on off days to make some extra money to make ends meet.approched HR and requested for salary hike, he said " this is not a charity home, if not happy just quit the job. There is so much to speak but am scared because will be targeted and life will be more miserable. No other go, so im working but will be loyal and honest for God's sake.

Since the lockdown has been started the salary has been given for the leave balance which we got and then you don't have care for the employee since they didn't get the salary for the past 3 months , since we have worked for you in day and night but you left us in this situation.

If you work hard you will get good productivity added to your salary and it may total to double your basic pay. People on contract may get absorbed as permanent employees based on their performance.

I did night shifts and it had a great toll on my health. That is the reason why I didn't extend my career there.
