The team meets will be very nice and caring. Company will give tickets for amusement parks or some out door activities to make you relax once every 5 to 6 months of time. If you are a fresher and want to get a decent job and gain experience in bpo sector this might be good.

Dislikes

... permanent job, even though you have performed well they might fire you anytime. Transportation will be given one way, which is also not free they will take the amount from your salary. Morning shift will be good but other timings will not be safe for us especially if you are women. Work life balance will not be great due to the shift timings provided.

.... On a personal note this was the second time I was fired from the same company. However I would like to mention that the company provided severence package. For 2 and a half months and also I was able to cash in my leave balance.

Worst company and support stafff and unresponsive hr's. No one is taking the responsibility for getting our concern resolved all they just do is we will take the follow up and no is responding later they all are lazy towards there work and hr's were unknown about company policies they didnt guide you about the charges and details and later they will ask you to pay the amt after multiple followup you wont get the proper response from support staff and secially from hr and later they will blame you only for all the falts. Everyone knows where there is a lack but still they were not accepting there mistakes and blaming the person for overall circumstances. Hr is very worst towards support. No followup no response from them worst management I never recommend anyone to join sutherland due to there poor management.

Worst worst worst.. support They dont guide you about fnf policies and later they will ask you for compensation and they wont provide you releiving and experience letter also. Hr dont have knowledge on how to serve notice they all say they will arrnage the meet and discuss and waste your days in serving the notice and once the notice is completed then they will ask you to pay the penalty. ...

Had a good training in the training period and good mentorship...work is good but boring since it is repetitive...those who like repetitive work can join this company....easy to learn process...people there really helpful....u can give a try...it's good overall

Poor canteen facilities...have to spend ur 30 percent of ur salary if u r using canteen .....people show attitude...they behave rude at work...no job security...cab driver sometimes behave rude...and don't schedule most of the time....overall this company will test ur patience...be ready for that

Our process management is not good at all. They need to improve. Over all Sutherland is excellent company. I don't have any issues with company or their facilities. But in which process (DHL) I'm working their management is not good at all. Know one care about employees .
