No respect No inclusion or diversity as advertised. They ask you to put 10/10 while taking great place to work survey. Not great place to work. Toxic management Worst process for promotion. Even with 1 yr will get promoted but not tenured for more than 9 yrs Even an unknown HR will threaten you as if u made a big mistake in process and terminating us immediately.

Likes

Receiving salary on time even though it's low. Receiving goodies/pizza for peak days. Extra payment for working on holidays. Proper communication through office email address on events and updates.

Dislikes

Work pressure and high targets. Less growth and learning opportunities. Cab facility only available between 6pm to 6am. Shift keeps changing almost every week there by causing health issues. Chance to get into a team of incapable manager. Team work will be smooth if the team manager is friendly and updated with process knowledge. Even though company says there will be 2 rotational off days, many of the weeks will have comp offs where team manager force members to work for 6th day. No consideration and incentives for contractual employees.

I was happy that I got an opportunity to work. Later on regret my decision of going to work there altogether. It was overall bad experiences.

Dislikes

...agement is rude. No proper point of contact. No transparency in management. Salary issue. Bad working environment. Distrubed mental health. They are taking advantage of current pandemic situation and treating the employees in the worst possible. Humiliation from the management. Put through anxiety and depression. Not paying asking to go to work even if we are sick no sense of Assurity.

Very worst salary package, promotion, TL,Managers... In Sutherland 6 days working one days week off Including government holidays.... Best suggestion don't choose any one Sutherland company and don't believe any fake advertisements.....

Good for gaining experience as a fresher.

...mination in the last of the month and I had stuck in the location without money. Because salary will not provide by the company as per the company policy it will come after 45 days something. And I was the top performer.
