...e date of joining, and got best employee of the year award in the past two year.but i got very less salary hike and didnt get any promotion yet. This is so sad

Worst place to stay, zero standard, politics on high, from offered salary they Will take 6000 cutting. Incentives are 3 months once all benefits for company associate are considered fools. Freshers jump by seeing building and office but for experienced it's worse. Maximum avoid Sutherland this just 2 months experience. Out 18 in my batch only 7 was left you can imagine why in training itself.

As of now it is good company for freshers and lateral entry candidates and comparing to other BPO sector Sutherland is far better but directly is not good company

After 9 hours they ask to work and no compensation for over time works. After working hours they will consume your time in the name of huddle (meeting)

I have concerns regarding the company's Salary structure and work distribution. The compensation does not align with the market standards. Highly capable employees are given additional responsibilities without appropriate compensation, while less efficient employees receive higher pay for less work. This creates an imbalance and places undue pressure on diligent employees. Additionally, The overall atmosphere within the company could be improved to foster a more positive and motivating work environment.
