Nothing much Only likabale thing is as I'm in a govt project under this company payroll so salary comparatively a little higher as per govt rules.

Travel allowance not given though mention in the offer letter 2 month notice period No fixed office hours almost regular 10 hours needed though no overtime No overtime Monthly no fixed duty sometimes with 5 holidays and other festival holidays also you have to work like 26-27 days No bonus

I am improve my skills learning for technical issue solve problem by sureworks. It was really helpfull my carrier.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is no bond. On the job training is not given to New joiness.

We need to work 12 hours a day & weekly 3 days night apprx 2 hours we should work

Work timings.They consider only intime don't consider out times and we need to work as packer, delivery person,& system work
