The HR operation is not much effective, there is no succession plan, no consideration of inputs given by functional heads, Great Place to work only sake of peocess. No clarity, organization is in maturing stage in India. High Attrition Rate.

Unskilled and less educated people are promoting. Even ITI holders also woryon higher position and they always pulling leg back who are high qualified and higher skills candidates.

It is very good organization, due to its nature of business sometime you feel your work life balance is compromised. It deals in data centres it & one of the leading company with good number of company growth.

Low qualified team is on manager level and high educated team working as subordinates. HR has to improve the hiring process and need some strict competency audit.
