Dislikes

Culture is a big setback for organisational growth and its top down. Power is in wrong hands which is impacting the growth and work culture. Has lot of potential for growth but few dirty minds are pulling the organisation down for their self interest. No work life harmony. Its a clear toxic culture and no psychological safety.

Some Senior managers/GM are not cpmpitable and dont have deepwork knowledge but getting higher salary because they have appointed by some internal references. That spoils the work invoironment.

Dislikes

Operators getting more salary/ benefits than an Executive/ Sr.Executive without much work to do. Whereas officers working hard to get nothing out of it.
