Low salary package, incentives is quarterly and so hard to get since every mistake you makes counts as a demerit amd would lessen what you would get. Appraisal is yearly but is a mockery since it is almost nothing compared to the heavy workload you get daily.

Salary is on time. Internet and electricity bills gets reimbursed.

Everything except salary which is given on time. Permanent WFH. Work-life balance Zero. Inflated targets. Manager & Leads taking advantages of us been in WFH. Verifiers point of view is not considered viable. Only those leave which are applied a month ago are granted. If you are fallen sick/ having illness or fever & want leave for the day then this place is not for you. Either they will ask you to do half day or work full day. Even on your own legit holidays they will as you to contribute in the productivity. If there is a problem at your end or at the organizations end it is you who have to compensate and not the organization. Leads are least concerned about your physical & mental health. Each an every task which is given by the leads should be done ASAP whether it is really needed or not. Mid-level management is the worst. Appraisals are on their own algorithm. Bootlickers gets the most benefits. If you are good at it then within a year of joining you are a lead and a well oiled experienced person is kept waiting.

-I worked here in dayshift. Good compensation. Great worklife balance. Incase of overtime, they will call you to works but they also paid me well around 1500 for a day. So thats a plus point. -Best thing to learn about is the laws and regulations followed by US Jurisdictions, some knowledge about big crimes, small charges and court hearings. -Normal Food plate is very cheap here. More than half of a plate charge is paid by company for the employees. But the food quality is not constant every day.

-No Job security -CAP policy. If you exceed doing errors, they will terminate you or will force you to resign -Dynamic process updates will eat your brain -Pressurizing employees to complete the target otherwise stretch the working hours (this is a current situation, last year it was good) -Sycophancy and apple-polishing to gain advantage for promotions -New management take over. Bad managing skills. No professionalism. Work culture is worst -Nothing to learn new for future endeavour -For a good performer they made me to work for two critical process simultaneously -Managers and teamleaders sets high expectations from good performers

...e per plate. Shift hour is 9.5 now when I started working it was 10 hrs shift. Overall I would suggest if any one is interested in earning extra income apart from salary then sterling is the best source I worked in Back-office for almost 3 years. Game zone is there near cafeteria for fun.
