Hi Worked in stellar for almost 11.5 years. It is a good company provides job security and work life balance. Working here is very cool and our boss Kuljeet sir is very kind hearted person. I don't know about other departments because I have worked in R& D.

Salary will not as per the market standard.

...ot for the welfare of the employee. Medical leaves are seen vocational leaves. Don't expect bonus and appraisals are not good.

No PF deduction, No employee welfare Managers/Team leader will not support you Unresponsive HR Worst appraisals Office politics is worst here No promotions Only one person approves everything, even HR won't do anything on their own. No job training.
