The salary is quite low as a startup for a person that have a professional degree, according to work and all responsibilities but employees get satisfactory appraisal. Employees also get opportunity to explore new cities, meet new people, new culture and alot to learn as company provide all allowances. There also exist some politics and sometimes supervisor/team leader misuse their power and designation. Stellar totally provide much more learning environment as this is a different and vast field but one thing for sure everybody enjoy their work in data recovery. Work environment is also good because there are neither so much pressure of work nor hectic. Data recovery is the field in which employees require one quality and that is patience which will definitely affect the output with maximum accuracy. As an employee my overall experience is good, I learn alot and work with honesty. I try to work with it as long as possible.

Dislikes

Politics. Some supervisor/team leader misuse their power and designation which would be roadblock for those who really have skills and knowledge and wanted to do something for organisation.

Hi Worked in stellar for almost 11.5 years. It is a good company provides job security and work life balance. Working here is very cool and our boss Kuljeet sir is very kind hearted person. I don't know about other departments because I have worked in R& D.

The work-life balance here is pathectic here , what is good is safe jobs for those who are "yes" boss people. The culture of the company is poor. Job satisfaction is for those people who say "Yes" to everything and engage in flattery. There is no focus on skill development for heads- to the down at the team level—very toxic environment. Management does no bother, poor HR team—no authority at all—cannot help you with any concern. The bossed will never change jobs because they are trapped in their own egotism, believing themselves to be the ultimate authorities—the "fathers and gods" in marketing. As in reality, no other company would hire them, leaving them with no choice but to stay and expect constant flattery.There is no logical discussion. You discuss with facts, and you targted. I better took the action of leaving them. Advice: Change the culture—openness and Facts only, not people focus. Things would change or things would remain the same its their call. All the best to you !
