Good staff and interview was not that stuff even for a freshers it's a good start with a good salary.

Some people might don't like us Or jealous of us so they will try to take you out but work good and dont listen anybody only TL

Worst Company I've worked in. The working culture is too poor. The TL and AM are a kind of Devil in this company. They doesn't know who you are or in what condition you are, I was even forced to work with 103° fever. The management of this company is the poorest, shift timing is really aweful, the behaviour of the TL and AM is very disgusting special from Ageis.

There is no work environment, they don't pay good and about cleanness don't even get me started the toilets are always full, a/c not working no one to look at, they make u work for 6 days but on paper, they have hired u for 5days working employes badmouth each other, it doesn't matter how much u complain they don't listen and a lot of other things I am not saying all this because I have a vendetta against aegis because I have experienced it first hand with my own eyes. they need to improve.
