I have 7 years working in company. No any extra benefits even my esic amount cut in my salary but no esic card issued from company side. Very bad experience from company.

Getting knowledge on mutual fund was the only thing i liked in Aegis customer service pvt ltd.

...imals there is no respect for employees they dont value the skills of employees. They pay you less and make you work like labour worst experience in Aegis. Other than knowledge on mutual fund there is nothing good that can be told on unhygine Aegis

Most of the Colleagues has helping mentality especially our TLs and AMs were very much helpful when it's come to any support from them..that's the only thing I like when I was working there.. colleagues was good..

The Aegis B.P.O where we were working become Startek...Aegis Cheated us by not giving offered salary for most of the experienced employees and given very high salary to the freshers compared to the experienced persons. That's the only thing I don't like working with Startek...

There is no job security related to the work , like I did a some mistakes they don't give a chance , fired from the company and delete my id but I'm working hard .

...eevi Qa are worst eating gutka, some times bad smell of alcohol from Ashok QA.. Vishnu TL of QA often marked me loss of pay for no reason...they used to tell me to do their work also from their email id.. Farzana QA always taunting , spying and criticized me. Not respected me. Made me slave.
