i like everything in Startek when it comes to work and the training

the one thing we all lost interest was after our training we were left employed without pay from march till may i waited no deduction no pay so had to leave the job

Most of the Colleagues has helping mentality especially our TLs and AMs were very much helpful when it's come to any support from them..that's the only thing I like when I was working there.. colleagues was good..

The Aegis B.P.O where we were working become Startek...Aegis Cheated us by not giving offered salary for most of the experienced employees and given very high salary to the freshers compared to the experienced persons. That's the only thing I don't like working with Startek...
