... if you can't sale then the behavior of the manager and team leaders are harsh . Secondly they have salary issues they will deduct salary from the first month just tow make sure that the employee doesn't quit .

...high authorities the managers will blame us for this and we will loose our job . They will provide us very less salary and we will have to do the work of double the salary. There is no work life balance in the company,they will ask you to streach after the shift on a regular basis . MOST THIRD CLASS COMPANY. Never join in startek .

...ternet and most importantly electricity. So no option to work in that situation. The company denied any support and cut the salary as well for non working days. After few days they benched me along with few more of colleagues without any pay.

I personally dislike everything except the AM, TL or OM. They supported me alot.

There are two much less salary there and they only promote there wo have no skill like Jo manager ki aur tl ki chatte hai usi ko promote Kiya hai real talent ki kadar nhi hai ye ha pe

No salary increment ; Hr has clearly stated that there won't be any appraisal or raises due to the high existing salaries. However, if they don't increase salaries due to inflation, employees might start leaving jobs. Consequently company would have to spend more on recruiting and training new hires. I'm considering leaving myself , espicially if there are no increments or appraisal given until April 2024. Many of my colleagues are also contemplating leaving. Surviving on the same old salary in Tier 1 cities has become very challenging. Another things is the work we are doing for the company, generating high revenue but still we are not entitled. No Health insurance is provided. They make you travel/visit on field but does not gives full conveyance. There is capping of 3000₹ per month only. No leaves 6 day working Work from home is just a gimmick for Key Account managers to trap new peoples in the job profile key account manager field RE. As per HR policy they will tell you that you will be paid if you have to work on holiday, but in reality they pay nothing. It's just a pure scam Even after working whole day, you will see your manager has marked leave. They mark CL, SL, PL & FH unnecessarily despite being present on that day. Leaves you no leave in your bucket in case of any emergency.
