The policies of the Startek was very much satisfactory, everytime I got salary on time, i never got a single issue for non-payment of salary. Pl's / CL's policies was very much fantastic.

Low salary package for agents and , promotions on the basis of favouritism.

There is nothing to like about this organization..the work pressure is too much. They will want you to work for double of the salary they are giving. And the management is the worst. No one helps.

The whole management, the work pressure I really need money, else I would have quit this job.

Gives opportunities to freshers and lots of learning among a pool of talents from various backgrounds.

Compensation is not even close to market average. Very less to none employee benefits and no job security. Absolute hassle to avail PTO & leave. 6 day work-week.

...rity system is not in right place, some attrition cases was come intentionally .Salary package is not too good to full fill our dream . Appraisal process is okay , But CTC increment should be minimum 6 % . Learning and carrier growth training process is excellent which is giving by aegis team to their employee .

Work pressure is very high in compression of salary package, maximum time we have to work 10-12 hours in day . Leave_which was offered by Aegis team was not usable , if you have urgent required to take leave even then they have not approve for leave . Management team always want number , they were not seen the pain of their employee

Salary is kind if OK. fellow employees was good in nature.

Highest work pressure. You will get" DHAMKI" about job. Your TL, AM ,OM Center Head, center head boss will question you for every target. It's very worst to work in there.
