...ion. Worst hr if you call Srinitra she will shout on you as she is always busy . If you miss 1 day attendance that means they will never pay you that 1 day salary.worst manegement. Negative feedback means tl will tell you that he will document you so that you lose the job. Very very bad company please read by comments before you join this company worst worst worst.

Each and every person, Team lead, manager everyone is fake . No support, no salary growth after 6 years of working also, most worst company which destroy everyone's career

...rty politics. Managers are liars and peddlers of favouritism and dirty politics. Salary deductions always to the point that so many batch mates had to abscond. No job security if someone dislikes you in the management they could simply take a call that you took in which you accidentally made mistake and can fire you on that basis in half an hour.

False salary deductions, in the name of short login even when you give your entire 8 hours daily. Not even once my entire salary got credited, unnecessary deductions. Everyone is a liar here. According to constitution, in overtime you get paid double the amount of basic pay per hour. I never got that on the top of that they lied about incentive programs, so many agents did their best to get incentives and at the last, all the managers divided that amount in them selves ( a conversation I heard in the cabin). So much politics in the time of promotion.

After 2.5 years they promoted me as a team leader

...promoted me as a team leader, but they couldn't provide the documented mail .... I'm working as a team leader but taking a salary of a L1 agent and the main thing is I'm a team leader but my team members are getting more salary then me 🙂
