I like to say an employee of Aegis because that was my fisrt career and it help me to grown up my skills and my attitude.And aslo like our unity,there have no supirer complex for any one.

My dislike is there have no salary increasing for our experience.

Most of the Colleagues has helping mentality especially our TLs and AMs were very much helpful when it's come to any support from them..that's the only thing I like when I was working there.. colleagues was good..

The Aegis B.P.O where we were working become Startek...Aegis Cheated us by not giving offered salary for most of the experienced employees and given very high salary to the freshers compared to the experienced persons. That's the only thing I don't like working with Startek...
