People are positive and supporting Good infrastructure Acceptable salary Giving opportunity to maximum no. of people to work Made you to work under pressure and can easily work in any circumstances or on any role

Preferences are only to be given to dearest people even if the person does not have any skill Minimal and not satisfactory appraisal and increment to be given Made you to work for 24*7 hours Not satisfactory work-life balance Leaves you with doubtful Gives you a notice period without any clarity People manipulate No privacy is to be given to anonymous feedback

No job security or Appraisal or Salary hike or bonus nothing on special days like Pongal,Deepavali or Christmas etc not even a single rupee for special days .in other companies they are giving sweets box for Deepavali or some bonus..here nothing...

That it gives opportunity of working from home which gives flexible working hours

There is no salary increment no promotion if you get promoted there will be no hike in salaries shift timings are worst and everyday they are making changes in process which makes working really frustrating

...oes to the office to have fun, for fooling around and for shouting here & there. No transparency about leaves, salary structure, attendance. It is not #starteklife. It is #toxiclife
