...ou are jobless please wait for some more days rather getting in to this company. They did not even provide me the salary pay slip or the experience letter. The more i say about this company is less. They dont think employees as employees. What they want is just work and work. They dont even provide holidays. I was said we dont have any holidays after getting into the company but before that i was told we have holidays . Really? They dont even have increment. The TL are worst. no professionalism in work culture. Hopeless company!

There is no career growth in this company. No salary increment and there is unnecessary deduction of the salary. Here only people getting promotion who don't even know the process. They always play with employees sentiments and the supervisor always speak cheap about the women who are working here. Promotions are given to the people who are not even eligible also. They are harassing for the leaves too. Even if you get covid also they will not provide the single leave, they ask you to take medicine and work. Here the only matter is to be favouritism. You have to work for them after it they will do something. The most ironic thing in this company is you have to in relationship with TL's and Managers after it you will get promotion for any of the post.

I have been in the STARTEK for the past 10 months. It was great experience to work with this company.

...ion and even after 1 year you will be working as an employee you were hired for. They don't increase your salary after promoting and won't mention it on paper. The bad thing is that they hire TLs/AMs from outside of the company with proper documentation and do not do who qualified IJP.

TL due to non support i was facing salary issue i also told my TL but she told me only my system issue i had 40+ leave in my account but after that my salary deducted.
