Mainly salary package and shift timings extending also deducting our own salary per month and providing as a bonus quarterly so its a scam

Horrible company in terms of every aspect , being it salary , work life balance , work pressure, culture , management , working hours

Culture , system , operations management , HR policies , work life balance , work ethics . No standard process. Remuneration is lower than any company in the industry . Work load is too much. It's impossible to handle the work load being agent or anyone

First sign of trouble and the company dumps all the employees .zero job security and zero respect. terrible experience

...eport to duty whenever called upon. we were not given any further clarification. Had to stay away from home without pay or a job for 3 months due to their negligence and all the while not one hr was contactable

Startek was an excellent company to work with despite with less benefits such as insurance compensation etc. we get to work with different teams n get exposed to different function work however currently things have changed. There is absolutely biased approach . The senior management also play a lot of negative politics. If they do not like an employee they go any extent to spoil their name or image they also make the clients compliant. Many people have witnessed it but they fail to speak coz of job fear. Many manager hold females hands n sit in the cafeteria which is outside office that again creates wrong impression. From the time Deepak Boss was aware of ground level issue nobody would dare to do such things but now it’s so bad that the work culture itself has become dirty

Lot of things senior leadership managing the team style , biased , using clients to take the Startek employes out of system due to personal issues, racism, many things

Only the salary part is good as it gets credited within time.

Dislikes

The management is worse. Work life balance is zero here . Even after and before of shift they will force you to join regular meeting on gmeet and every day new fake promises are made based on promotion and process comfort and security and everything. This is terrible company to work.
