Positives are that the company's founders Mr. Sandeep and Anindya are striving hard for the students and working professionals which is highly appreciable. Safety and security is available. Also the HR Mr. Lokesh and Mr Abhimanyu have helped me a lot. A token of thanks and appreciation for them. Job is 100 % satisfactory. Mr. Penchal Reddy and Tripurari are also the best.

...ging their coming forward. On behalf of all the employees, I am mentioning this. Also I request the company to take care of the salary part satisfaction as we are coming from faraway, leaving our families to work. Otherwise, the company is a 100% success.

Senior management played spoil sport. They Misused company policy. Lot of favouritism. Talents were suppressed.

Micromanagement: Managers excessively micromanaged employees, limiting their independence and decision-making ability. Personal life interference by management added to the discomfort and dissatisfaction among staff. 7. Delayed Salaries: Salaries were not disbursed on time, causing financial stress for employees.
