No management cordination At every level of hierarchy they have there own SOPs Right from the first day management expects to deliver 100% on KPI and every process. Buttering is only way of survival or else you will get transfer and tata bye bye

Giving 100% for this company is a big mistake, people who do scam and higher management is ok with it, before your probation completes they will 100% fire you. Ashish ( AVP ) is one guy who onl wants to save his a$$ before he gets fukuk up by CEO, he will dont see about your potential, he wants Numbers EOD and dont give a fkcuk how bad he is at operations. Why do sales team will be doing operations and RC's dont care about property.
