...t you. I was shocked how nonchalant they were regarding toxic work environment. Only in India name calling and scolding a human being on a daily basis only because you pay them happen. Working in one of India's most respected private company has taught me that reprimanding or disciplining your employees can happen in a professional way also and does not require you shouting at them. If your manager is scolding you them he/she is just a frustrated soul venting out his frustration on you and you need to leave the place immediately.

...e will get appraisal and promotion letter very soon, that soon was after 1 year. The most important part is even after u get the appraisal u don't get the money they pay u on EMI basis so that they can hold u for 1 more year or 6 months

“Terrible Experience – No Job Security and Toxic Culture” Working at stanza living has been one of the worst experiences of my career. Despite initially seeming like a good opportunity, the reality is far from it. Job security is non-existent here; employees are constantly worried about layoffs and sudden terminations without any warning or fair reasoning. The work environment is toxic, with upper management creating a culture of fear and stress. Constructive feedback is ignored, and employees feel undervalued and unsupported. The company seems to value profits over people, leading to high turnover rates. Managers don’t prioritize employee well-being or growth, and there’s minimal effort to foster a positive or collaborative team culture. No weekends 7 days working

Present Head office people are helpful and our Boss Tripurari sir is outstanding he is very much understanding for ground level work

HR department work little more efficiency required. Specialy recruitment and compliance part also salary disbursement.
