Present Head office people are helpful and our Boss Tripurari sir is outstanding he is very much understanding for ground level work

HR department work little more efficiency required. Specialy recruitment and compliance part also salary disbursement.

Only salary they are providing is good rest are are terriable.

No work life balance, Not a employee oriented company, no proper HR policy as employess need to work for more than 12hours and the management is always pointing ground team for putting every blame, the company culture is very bad as there is no job security.

They just butcher our careers..the projects VP Jitendra Kapoor is a shenanigan who exploit us in his need & fire without a notice to secure his job.. The founders and all higher management are the most typical & tricky people whom I have seen in my life. They cheated employees by not paying deferred salary

They should recognize the internal talents. Why to hire so many levels , when they have excellent talented n well skilled profiles internally.
