Giving 100% for this company is a big mistake, people who do scam and higher management is ok with it, before your probation completes they will 100% fire you. Ashish ( AVP ) is one guy who onl wants to save his a$$ before he gets fukuk up by CEO, he will dont see about your potential, he wants Numbers EOD and dont give a fkcuk how bad he is at operations. Present Head office people are helpful and our Boss Tripurari sir is outstanding he is very much understanding for ground level work

Dislikes

HR department work little more efficiency required. Specialy recruitment and compliance part also salary disbursement.
