It seems they pay well as inhand is comparatively high, but they don’t have proper policy in place for employee benefits, pf, nps and other perks that a good company should provide. They don’t really care about overall well being of employees. Very short sighted

Salary will be on time thats only good in the company

There is no ground level check how team works they don’t provide training for any sales pitch there will no interference in starting of the months as they want to complete there target when its done all the senior will come and tell u that is not the way to complete the task as if the don’t know what going on from starting sales person always give the daily report to reporting manager but in the end they will give bull ahit and they will remove u from the company by saying u have done all the wrong i hope they will change the environment of the company vision is good but the some employees are there who are there to get money from small thing which is so pity work culture is good but the pressure will be there always . If company want to go forward they have to come to check ground level working as there is so many loop holes which cannot be seen by sitting in office as i am saying there should be a senior person who is with the company for long or from starting who will be there to check ground level check he will be the only person to get trusted else other are only for the money not for the working.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...e will get appraisal and promotion letter very soon, that soon was after 1 year. The most important part is even after u get the appraisal u don't get the money they pay u on EMI basis so that they can hold u for 1 more year or 6 months

“Terrible Experience – No Job Security and Toxic Culture” Working at stanza living has been one of the worst experiences of my career. Despite initially seeming like a good opportunity, the reality is far from it. Job security is non-existent here; employees are constantly worried about layoffs and sudden terminations without any warning or fair reasoning. The work environment is toxic, with upper management creating a culture of fear and stress. Constructive feedback is ignored, and employees feel undervalued and unsupported. The company seems to value profits over people, leading to high turnover rates. Managers don’t prioritize employee well-being or growth, and there’s minimal effort to foster a positive or collaborative team culture. No weekends 7 days working
