A long list. 1. Absolutely 0 job security. 2. Very poor management. They may hire you at huge salary but after 3-4 months, they may not able to pay you and HR asks you to resign. 3. Lack of vision.

No job security, No appraisals, If they give appraisals thn they take 6 months after the whole year. During the on going period, They start firing people without any reasons. Company suffering from Lose .

It seems they pay well as inhand is comparatively high, but they don’t have proper policy in place for employee benefits, pf, nps and other perks that a good company should provide. They don’t really care about overall well being of employees. Very short sighted

Dislikes

Worst team i have worked with so far. There is no one to lead Product vision. CTO leads both product and tech and hasn’t been able to create a good environment for PMs

Salary is on time ,apart from this there isn’t a single thing to cherish. Work environment will only add as a backlog to your career.

Management don’t pay heed to ground realities,Nepotism is 10/10,zero appreciation of work,toxic leadership.

- Dogshit work culture/ Dysfunctional HR department - Disillusioned/lala founders and puzzled BU leaders - No vision/ business going haywire - External stakeholder relationship has gone bonkers - Hiring people from top B-schools to do donkey work - being a Start-up teams are working in silos and highly bureaucratic environment - hope it speaks itself - No respect for talent/ You will be treated like a dog - Founders/ BU leaders don't even have the guts to come out and announce layoffs If you ever get an offer from this firm, kindly pull up your socks, wear a good sneaker and RUN!!!!
