Salary on time , that too top category people only
Dislikes
Please don't go , the priorities keep on get change ,
No logic in operations,
No job security , u maid get fire within a month , without any proper reason ,
Nothing to learn
Just showoff
Worst people in management, look like top management need some guidance from expertise to creat a good culture
After left the job ,,for F&F no one bother to answer your call and mail ,
...e will get appraisal and promotion letter very soon, that soon was after 1 year.
The most important part is even after u get the appraisal u don't get the money they pay u on EMI basis so that they can hold u for 1 more year or 6 months
The business is seasonal, hence for 4-5 months, you may enjoy lean period.
Dislikes
A long list.
1. Absolutely 0 job security.
2. Very poor management. They may hire you at huge salary but after 3-4 months, they may not able to pay you and HR asks you to resign.
3. Lack of vision.
No management cordination
At every level of hierarchy they have there own SOPs
Right from the first day management expects to deliver 100% on KPI and every process.
Buttering is only way of survival or else you will get transfer and tata bye bye
I started my career with Stanza Living and it was thoroughly a great experience working at Stanza. Work culture and office environment was friendly and collaborative, fostering a strong sense of team work. Management team was supportive and approachable. Company had a well structured training program that allows employees to upskill and stay updated with the latest processes and technologies.
...re. At times, the workload could be overwhelming, leading to long working hours. And the company doesn't offer a competitive salary packages to its employees.
