...e will get appraisal and promotion letter very soon, that soon was after 1 year. The most important part is even after u get the appraisal u don't get the money they pay u on EMI basis so that they can hold u for 1 more year or 6 months

1) Worklife balance (company wants you to work 24/7 without taking any leave or weekoff just like a robot) 2) Salary (whatever salary you were offered at the time of joining, it'll remain same even if you are working for more than 2 years in the company) 3) Job Security (Everyday you'll be threatened that you'll be kicked out of the company, you'll be put in PIP, this will make you immediately start searching for other opportunities) 4) If you are working in Stanza Living, for some money called as salary, they'll act like you have sold your body and soul to them. 5) Zero promotions. 6) Zero salary hike. 7) Zero skill development.

This practice made employees feel unappreciated and discouraged further effort. 5. No Work-Life Balance: The company had unrealistic expectations and long working hours, leaving no time for personal life. Employees were often overburdened, leading to burnout and mental stress. 6. Micromanagement: Managers excessively micromanaged employees, limiting their independence and decision-making ability. Personal life interference by management added to the discomfort and dissatisfaction among staff. 7. Delayed Salaries: Salaries were not disbursed on time, causing financial stress for employees.
