The company's culture, work- atmosphere, flexibility are amazing. Job security is always there.

Dislikes

...th in here. U can be in the same level as when u joined even for years together. Salary packages are low when compared to the market.

1 Lowest compensation 2 No hike 3 You can only pay your rent with this package. 4. I do not recommend anyone to work in SCB. 5. 3month notice period. Once you enter, that's it will be very difficult for you to get out of this company because of the notice period. I'm still struggling to get out of this hell.

Work place is good employee feel safe and employees get proper salary and facilities.

Work place is good but some uper manager are not good they are following like Bajaj and nbfc culture..that is not good for SCB.

Directionless and immature leadership with the age old and non competitive products and services. No proper guidance from the direct manager, and only equipped with the blame game. No motivation to work. No consideration of hard work and no empathy. Despite of sharing that i would be continuing with my further education with my job during my interview and my manager agreeing to be supportive of the same, he left no opportunity to use that same thing against me with a taunt whenever he could. Displaying his ill mannered and uncivilised behaviour always.

Though the organisation has a great HR policy, the situation in Eastern India is pathetic. The organisation is good, however the middle management both in business and HR is in wrong hands. This leads to a permanent damage to an employee's career. In my case, I had resigned and served the entire 90 days of notice period however the then supervisors and HR had not updated it in the database thus when I opted for rehiring, the present HR informed that I have been shown as absconding in their records even though I had a proper physical relieving letter and had received the FnF settlement after my separation. Unfortunately the organisation has hired some most unprofessional HR executive s in Eastern India who don't have the courage or knowledge to rectify the mistake of their past officials.

...e. And the organisation seems to be disinterested to grow their Indian Business. A lot of senior employees have made their relatives join the organisation and they influence their career and salary growth leading to many performers to exit the organisation.
