No notice period for job termination. Most higher officials are hypocrites and is partial towards their family members other officials family members and some employees who clean their shoes.

They don't give any appraisal until you sign their 2 year bond and don't keep their words at interview. They said we will give first appraisal after training period of 6 months, but after 6 months they said we will give increment after completion of one year after that they said you have to sign 2 year bond with them to get appraisal. And once leave job they don't give any experience certificate only reliving letter.
