it is very difficult to get promotion and salary hike in this company. I joined 2021 as a fresher at that time my package was 2.75Lac I left 2024 at that time my package was 3.50 Lac. Now new fresher's are coming on 3.10 to 3.50. For Experienced 4 to 5Lac depend on the last package.

Good Learnings , completely dependent on Project. Compared to other Service based , this is OK.

Dislikes

...t of the project is dependent on a single Client and they are considered ad GOD. Hybrid mode is not good , Salary deduction if not gone to office. No subsidized food. Its costly. Managers are not technically strong.

...loyees to apply Earned leaves. No sick leaves and only 7 casual leaves per year. WFH policy is very harsh and on any deviation salary will be deducted for that day Hike and increments are joke.
