Salary me pf ke liye basic kam lagana, kaam se jyada employees ki politics karna, Local senior ko apne employees ko pareshan karna, bina proper training diye note pr sign kra lena, knowledgeable engineer na hona, Local employees attitude, Daily basis tecnical training provide na karna, employee ka shift handover proper na dena, seniors ka honestly work na karna etc.

...ractual... manpower supply.......to MNC company. Very worst to working role..... because graduate people is working very lowest salary and without technical work . very very bad.....no growth knowledge , no growth salaries, no growth interesting work .👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Many policies for Doing level people. You can creat good Thing if down team is not satisfied. Thay direct complaint to the HR. And HR will ask many questions
