As i was working at jogeshwari they don't care about empoyee.and they don't look about promotion .they do promotion of unwducated people and Some client complain about us they Frustate us for 2 to 3 week .they don't Fight for employee

If you do not make any mistakes, no one can remove you from the job you are doing. You can only leave the job permanently if you think ..Everyone will behave like friends.Security is high in the work you do

...re than any other company..the other company will pay you more for the same job. There is a little politics for get decent salary so you can't get it.

The thing which I liked while working in sodexo is that i was able to take day off when ever required

I liked working here but i had some difficulties. There was no increment of my salary for 2years. New joined was given more salary than other existing employees. I was a bit frustrated. New uniforms and shoes were not given on a regular basis. I was not given any overtime benefit. Working on govt holidays of no use!

To study and handles new apparatus and machines with safety ...it's good to extend knowledge.

Salary is too much less as compared to work profile.the management can decide new rules as how they want and they not think about downlink workers or employee.

I got so many experence with sodexo how to deal client and have some more experence in hvac system operation of equipment it help to growth more in my future

...management those people haved more experence getting in sodexo they did not see. About salary growth only once salary getting many year those people who join new person they did not know about technical knowledge they got more facility our old person growth is where have? Thank u management.
